Our Story

Towfiiq Foundation is a registered non-profit, non-governmental organization committed to empowering communities and advancing sustainable development across Somalia. Founded by local professionals and community leaders, the organization was established in response to the growing need for grassroots solutions to long-standing social, economic, and humanitarian challenges. Our foundation operates with a people-centered approach, focusing on building local capacity, promoting equity, and creating opportunities for all—especially marginalized and vulnerable populations. We believe that every individual has the right to live with dignity, access quality services, and contribute meaningfully to society.

Since our inception, Towfiiq Foundation has implemented programs that support education, youth empowerment, community development, peacebuilding, and humanitarian relief. We work closely with local communities, international partners, and government institutions to ensure that our interventions are inclusive, culturally appropriate, and sustainable.
